账套菜单提供针对选中的账套文件进行管理的命令，账套菜单如图2.5.2所示。
（1）属性设置。对选中的账套进行属性管理。
（2）启用账套。启用已经属性设置完成的账套。
（3）参数设置。设置用户管理身份认证方式和离线查询功能。
（4）数据有效性检查。在进行账套升级或结转账套前，使用该功能对账套数据的有效性进行检查，确保账套中数据的正确。
（5）升级低版本账套。将账套从低版本升级到高版本。
（6）升级为行业版本。将所选中账套升级为行业账套。
（7）用户引入引出。当系统中存在多个账套，用户名称相同时，如果逐一对账套进行授权，费时费力。用户引入引出功能允许将一个账套的用户组、用户及其权限复制到另一个或多个账套。
（8）用户名称引出。用户名称引出功能可以将账套中的所有用户信息引出为一个文本文件。
（9）用户管理。对选中账套的用户信息进行管理。
（10）上机日志。查看用户选中账套的操作信息，如登录时间，从哪台机器上登录，做了哪些操作等。这样便于对系统的运行情况进行监控，确保数据的安全。
（11）网络控制。为保征最大限度的网络并发控制和数据一致性，金蝶K/3提供了强大的网络控制功能，账套备份、年度独占、月份独占和一般互斥等。正常情况下网络并发控制是由程序自动进行的，可以通过网络控制看到正在执行的任务。
