第1章现场总线与分布式控制系统
现场总线(Fieldbus)是当前自动化技术中的一个热点。现场总线的出现给自动化领域带来了又一次革命，使工业控制系统开始向网络化的方向发展。随着现场总线技术的发展。基于现场总线的控制系统FCS(Fieldbus Control System)与传统的分布式控制系统Dcs(Distributecontrol System)也逐渐相互融合，这也是现场总线技术给工业控制系统带来的最直接的变革。
1.1现场总线的概念
按照国际电工委员会(1EC)61158标准的定义，现场总线是应用在制造或过程区域现场装置与控制室内自动装置之间的数字式、串行、多点通信的数据总线。
现场总线是将自动化最底层的现场控制器和现场智能仪表设备互连的实时控制通信网络，遵循ISO的OSI开放系统互连参考模型的全部或部分通信协议。现场总线具有开放性、数字化、双向串行、支持多节点通信的特点。
由于工业控制现场的环境比较复杂，因此对于现场装置、智能仪表以及通信网络的各种干扰也是多方面的，例如温、湿度，震动，电磁干扰等；而另一方面工业控制现场对于控制的实时性要求很高。以上因素也直接决定了现场总线网络有不同于一般网络的特点。
现场总线技术综合了数字通信技术、计算机技术、自动控制技术、网络技术、智能仪表和传感器等多种技术手段，从根本上突破了传统的“点对点”式的模拟信号或数字一模拟信号控制的局限性，构成一种全分散、全数字化、智能、双向、互连、多变量、多接点的通信与控制系统。采用现场总线技术可以促进现场仪表的智能化、控制功能的分散化、控制系统的开放化。
