Grouper Fillet
Grouper fillet's flavor is a combination of the flavor profiles of halibut fish and bass fish with its exceptionally mild taste containing subtle hints of sweetness.
Grouper is a versatile fish that can be grilled, fried, sautéed, poached, baked, broiled, and steamed. The JONA grouper is kosher, and we sell ours in 10–12-ounce portions without the skin.
Every product is shipped with insulated packaging and ice. Remember to keep the product frozen for freshness. If the product is defrosted, their shelf life is 10 days, as long as the product is vacuumed and refrigerated. If the product is not vacuumed, their shelf life is 3 days, as long as it is refrigerated. If it stays frozen, it can stay fresh for up to 2 years. AquaSeal a breathable vacuum packaging method, is a healthier alternative which allows our JONA fresh fish to air out and retain freshness by suppressing the bacteria growth.
Orders placed from Fridays to Sundays will be shipped on Mondays.
