Book Abstract

1）输出的格式。同5轴曲线加工参数设置一样，用于选择输出刀具路径的类型。选择3轴选项时，将生成3轴加工用刀具路径，不需要进行刀具轴方向的设置，机床也只作3轴曲线切削运动。选择4轴选项时，将生成4轴加工刀具路径；当需启用5轴加工时，需选取5轴选项。
2）图素型式。钻削点类型选择栏，用户可以选取已有的几何点或选用线段的端点作为加工对象。
①点：选择已有的点作为生成刀具路径的几何模型。
②点／直线：选择直线的端点作为生成刀具路径的几何模型。将选中直线的端点作为生成刀具路径的几何模型时，不能进行刀具轴设置，这时刀具轴方向由选择的直线来控制。
3）刀具轴向的控制。同5轴曲线加工刀具轴控制方式一样，5轴钻孔加工路径可通过以下3种方式控制刀具轴方向。
①与线平行：将刀具轴设置为与所选择的直线平行。
②曲面：当选中该选项时，系统以选择的基准曲面法线方向作为刀具轴方向。
③平面：当选中该选项时，刀具轴方向垂直于选择的平面。
4）刀尖的控制。同5轴曲线加工刀尖控制方式一样，5轴钻孔加工通过原始点、投影的点和曲面补正3种方式控制刀尖位置。
①原始点：刀尖位置由所选取的点位置决定。
②投影的点：刀尖位置由点在加工曲面上的投影位置决定。
③曲面补正：沿着刀具轴向量补正至加工曲面。
（2）加工参数
对钻削点和刀具轴控制参数设置完成后，系统将自动进入如图6-25所示的“钻孔路径加工参数设置”对话框。除公共参数设置外，还需对5轴钻削加工专用参数进行设置，各参数含义与二维钻孔操作中的参数选项相同。
