那一年，從拉薩回來以後，我們花了很長的時間討論（其實是辯論），究竟該不該把這趟旅程中的「歷練」和「收穫」寫出來？畢竟那短短幾天發生的故事，「歷練」雖然精彩，但是對大部分的人來說很可能是太過瑣碎又難以想像的天方夜譚。

所以遲遲沒有動筆寫下「3個女人的西藏遊記」，但是，因為心裡的「捨不得」，我們寫寫修修、吵吵鬧鬧，陸陸續續地把這套結合藏族文化、生活觀和藝術觀的色彩心理學整理出來，成為MeColor—套結合直覺意識、潛意識及靈意識的色彩工具。

現在回想起來，這個「收穫」可能是我們3個這趟「找自己」的西藏旅程最純粹又最奇異的「獲得」。

在去西藏之前，我們其實並不完全理解什麼是「最真實的自我」。理所當然的以為，自己的「不虛偽」、「能夠任性」就是真實自我的表現，畢竟，我們已經社會化了太久、太深，早已經習慣地戴上各種規格化的面具，除了隱藏自己真實的心思，也是為了保護自己不受傷害。

直到我們踏上雪域，在拉薩城的八廓街邊、在藍天映照的高原上、在色彩斑斕的寺廟裡，從每一張藏族人的面容，看到了許許多多最純淨的心和最真實的自我。我們受到了極大的啟示，但說真的，在當時的我們其實是受到了極大的衝擊。

因為向上天許了願，所以爺孫兩個背著小包，從遙遠家鄉一路磕著長頭來到八廓街，為的是給大昭寺的菩薩奉獻；因為得到了喇嘛的祝福，滿臉風霜的老婦人在跪拜中綻放了笑容；因為對外來人的好奇和真心歡迎，小村子裡的少女攤開了手，大方地與我們分享手裡的零食；因為3個外來人的詢問，獨自坐在黃泥路邊，替迷途者指點道路的老人家，咧嘴微笑地說著藏族的點點滴滴……。

「高原上的人跟平地人不太一樣，平地人忙著賺錢，我們忙著過活。」老人家說，「在我們這裡，錢不重要，犛牛最重要。自己不重要，祈福和信仰最重要，透過獻給神的真心，看到自己的真心。」

這一趟的旅程，我們3個都市人很幸運地看到了一些人生中從來沒看過的，純真的人、直接的事、簡單的物，不論是信仰或是生活，那是我們不曾經歷的人生，也是我們不曾體會的感動。

隨遇而安、順其自然，是我們從樂天的藏族身上學到的，這8個字說起來簡單，真的要完全做到卻很困難。而透過這本簡單的色彩書，這套簡單的MeColor，希望能幫助看到這本書的你，找到當下的自己，明白自己的心境，日日隨心！
