I bought this both in a size M and a size L since I didn't know how the sizing would be. I have 38" hips and this size L still fits but I do prefer the size M. However, on those days when the plumbing isn't working or when I just feel fat, these are perfect! They come up right below the belly on me and the back is full coverage. They do not ride up and under leggings, they don't make the leggings roll under at the waistline. It keeps the leggings looking smooth.
