Author Description

水名岳，男，管理学博士，先后毕业于上海交通大学、中国社会科学院研究生院和国家行政学院，美国乔治梅森大学公共政策学院访问学者，中国社会科学院金融法律与金融监管研究基地特邀研究人员，曾在投行、投资基金、券商资管等金融机构担任中层管理人员。在《人民日报》、《中国经济时报》、《财经国家周刊》、《经济研究参考》、《中国银行业》等报纸和学术期刊发表关于金融监管、经济体制改革和国际政治经济等方面文章多篇。

符拓求，男，管理学硕士，先后毕业于东南大学和北京大学，曾任职于中国平安和中国信达旗下公司，对保险、银行、证券、信托等金融投资领域有较为深入的研究和实践，发表《中国金融业混业经营下交叉销售的研究》等金融分析文章多篇。自2011年起，开始关注P2P行业发展并开展一系列实践，积累了丰富的P2P理论和实战经验。
