个人蛮喜欢这个牌子的豆瓣酱的，除了包装不太方便以外，没有啥大缺点。用来做宫保鸡丁，麻婆豆腐都挺好哒～看到评论说苦，个人猜想会不会是放的量有点多，或者火开的太大😋豆瓣酱放入和葱姜蒜爆香的时候火不要太大，中小火即可，然后量就是一勺到一勺半的量就差不多啦。
