我买的现成的还有必不可少的溏心蛋🥚🤤…
再来点蔬菜🥬瞬间感觉自己就坐在日料店吃面🤣
疫情期间可选性少囤些此类的拉面真的很方便!!
只要选自己喜欢的口味就好🌝下锅煮三分钟搞定👌🏻
顺便分享一下我这个溏心蛋的做法简单好吃!!
准备:
无菌蛋 3-4颗
木鱼花 一把
酱油:味淋:水 比例是1:1:3
白砂糖 1-2勺
Step1. 锅里水沸轻轻放入鸡蛋🥚煮7分钟,捞出过冷水冷却后剥皮。
Step2. 酱汁混合入锅加一把木鱼花煮沸,过滤掉木鱼花冷却后加入煮好的溏心蛋放进密封容器里浸泡过夜即可。
