The highlight of the whole snail noodles is this tomato cooking bag!

Let's start cooking!


There are many ways to cook snail noodles. My personal habits are as follows:


1, boil a pot of water


2, put the dry powder in and boil it over high heat


3, then add the snail powder soup base (here includes soup packs and tomato cooking packs)


4, add dried yuba and bean curd skin (I personally prefer soft boiled yuba)


5, then add sour bamboo shoots, sour beans and fungus


6, add washed vegetables before serving


7, sprinkle peanuts out of the pan, and place soft-hearted eggs.





Side dish recommendation


Here I would like to recommend my favorite ones in snail powder—— Panpan tofu skin, linked in the picture above.


The skin of this tofu is very thin, it becomes almost transparent once cooked, and it is very strong. Every time I cook rice noodles and noodles, I cut them into strips and add them.


Vegetables are fine as long as they are leafy! Chinese cabbage, oily cabbage, and lettuce are all delicious. On the one hand, it increases the intake of vegetables, and on the other hand, the vegetables absorb the soup of snail powder, which is very delicious!


Boiled eggs, that is, add eggs to boiling water and cook on high heat6 Minutes to fish out.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the tomato-flavored snail noodles!


Because this is not snail powder!


It's sweet and sour tomato-flavored rice noodles!


No spiciness at all!


Very suitable for those who don't like spicy food!


Even for someone like me who loves spicy food, there are always a few days a month when I can't eat spicy food and I am greedy, so this is the time to eat this!


And! ! ! the most important is! ! !


This snail powder has no odor! ! !


The regular version of snail noodles is delicious, but it is too expensive to eat once!


Doing it once is full of smell I can't stand it! !


But this tomato version doesn't at all! !


But I could vaguely feel the smell in my hair the next day!


So I suggest, if you don't want to have any flavor at all!


You can leave out the soup bag!


Because the soup pack still has a little snail powder flavor in it!


And the tomato buns are delicious enough!


I feel like I have opened up a new world! ! !

螺霸王| 番茄味螺蛳粉测评


大家好,我是夏耘,今天给大家带来新推出的螺霸王番茄味螺蛳粉的测评。顺便给大家推荐一下我最爱的螺蛳粉的做法~

首先来看看包装 


大红色的包装,让人一看到就知道是番茄味。


右上角海外 新春特供的字样,也让我们远在他乡的游子们感受到了丝丝温暖。 


打开包装袋,里面有和普通版螺蛳粉一样的食材包,但也有着自己独特的番茄料理包




各种食材包



第一排:酸豆角木耳包、汤料包、番茄包


第二排:老坛酸笋包、花生包/腐竹包、干粉包


整个螺蛳粉的亮点就在于这袋番茄料理包!


打开番茄包,是一股浓浓的番茄味,一改普通螺丝粉的臭味,完全就是番茄的浓香味。


如果这个番茄包可以单卖,那无论是煮面条还是炖肉都是一个非常棒的汤料!



下面就开始煮啦!


煮螺蛳粉的方式有很多,我个人的习惯如下:


1、烧一锅开水


2、把干粉丢进去大火煮开


3、然后加入螺蛳粉汤底(这里包括汤料包和番茄料理包)


4、加入干腐竹和豆腐皮(我个人比较喜爱腐竹煮软的吃法)


5、随后加入酸笋、酸豆角木耳


6、出锅前加入洗好的蔬菜


7、出锅撒上花生,并摆上溏心蛋。





配菜推荐


这里要推荐一下我最爱在螺蛳粉里放的——盼盼豆腐皮,链接在上图中。


这个豆腐皮质地非常薄,一煮就变得近乎透明,而且非常劲道,我每次煮米粉、面条的时候,都会切成条加进去。


蔬菜的话只要是绿叶的都可以!大白菜、油白菜、生菜都很好吃,一方面是增添的蔬菜的摄入,另一方面蔬菜吸入了螺蛳粉的汤汁,非常的美味!


溏心蛋,即在烧开的水中加入鸡蛋,大火煮6分钟捞出即可。

下面我们来点评一下!



总体来说,我对这个番茄味螺蛳粉感到很惊喜!


因为这就不是螺蛳粉!


而是酸酸甜甜的番茄味米粉!


完全没有辣味!


很适合的不爱吃辣的朋友们!


即使我这种很爱吃辣的人,每个月也总有那么几天没法吃辣又嘴馋,这时候就可以吃这个啦!


而且!!!最重要的是!!!


这个螺蛳粉竟然没有什么臭味!!!


普通版螺蛳粉虽然很好吃,但是吃一次代价太高!


做一次满屋子都是味 实在是受不了!!


然而这个番茄版的完全不会!!


但是我第二天隐约有感觉头发里面有些味道!


所以我建议,如果一点儿味都不想有!


可以不要加汤料包!


因为汤料包还是有些许螺蛳粉的味道在里面!


而番茄料包的味道已经足够美味了!


我感觉从此,我打开了新世界的大门!!!
