Spicy with a strong sesame flavor. I'm a spice wimp but this one only hits in the back of the throat and doesn't sting the tongue. Very tasty. The noodles were firm and the egg block (which I've never had in a ramen before) was like a gooey egg yolk. I might buy this one again even though my mother complained about the smell lol접기
