【打卡第八天】
—— 和娃吃一样的晚餐:鸡蛋卷
食材:
两颗蛋、一颗葱、两片火鸡、一量杯面粉,加水稀释。
做法:
就是煎鸡蛋饼呗,热锅凉油慢慢来,火大了面没熟皮儿就糊了,必须慢慢烙。上面食材正好煎五张。
卷成卷卷,娃方便自己吃,喂也容易,两岁半儿子吃三张,我吃两张😅。他晚餐一直比妈吃得多。吃完三张饼他还吃了一个桃子一小碗葡萄,睡前还喝了一杯奶😅。也不知道小肚子怎么盛下的。
