配料:虾仁、响螺片、香菇、大米、糯米、三色藜麦(黑、白、红)
炖盅煮法:
1.取一份粥料放入炖盅,洗净加入50g瘦肉或鸡肉,加水至杯盖下沿1cm处浸泡半小时
2.加入1000ml水,放上炖盅,启动烹饪模式,结束后加入适量盐搅拌均匀,撒上香菜和葱即可
养生壶煮法:
1.取一份粥料放入炖盅,洗净加入50g瘦肉或鸡肉,加水至750ml,浸泡半小时
2.启动烹饪模式,半开盖子以免溢壶
3.结束后加入适量盐搅拌均匀,撒上香菜和葱即可
ps:包装不含肉类,可根据个人喜好加其他肉或不加亦可
