在美国买不到美珍香、吃不到新加坡的肉脯,没!关!系!那就自己动手做!用了一磅的ground turkey,1.5🥄鱼露,1.5🥄料酒,2.5🥄生抽(如果有老抽就1🥄老抽+1.5🥄生抽),1/2杯白糖,与肉混合平铺在烤盘上,预热烤箱后调300华氏度bake 15分钟,再翻面bake 10分钟,最后再broil 2分钟,拿出来放凉了一点后就可以切条,晚上看电视就可以吃咯!味道超级好!第一次做也不会失手哦![耶][耶][耶][耶][耶]
