# 亚米返校季 #用亚米买的各种调料做了牛肉干,好吃到飞起!
做法:
1 牛肉泡出血水后冷水下锅,加入料酒、葱段焯水。
2 捞出牛肉沥干水分,加入洋葱、彩椒段和蚝油、老抽、黑胡椒、白胡椒、五香粉,抓匀后冰箱冷藏腌制半天。
3 腌好后烤箱380华氏度烤40分钟。
4 最后在牛肉中加入几勺六婆油泼辣子、六婆辣椒面、白芝麻和海盐拌匀,用空气炸锅、炒锅做或者继续用烤箱都可以:
空气炸锅:牛肉干表面喷油,400华氏度烤6-10分钟,中间晃动一下。
炒锅:锅里加油,中火把牛肉干炒10分钟到表面微焦。
烤箱:继续400度烤8-10分钟。
我最后用的炒锅把牛肉干煸了一下,表面微焦滋滋冒油,很有卖相。
腌制牛肉一定要加洋葱和彩椒,这样烤出来别有风味。
