# 挑战$100过一周 # Day7,今天的食物消费是9.3刀。第一个礼拜是4.71+5.44+9.71+15.57+7.29+9.3=52.65刀。完全控制在100刀以内了。
再把这个礼拜吃的大米和油算一下。我家大米是税后42.6刀18.16kg,每公斤2.35刀。周一周二周三周五周日都吃了200g的熟米饭,1000个米饭对应生米大概是350g,也就是0.83刀的大米钱。油按照100ml算,橄榄油价格不太记得住了,大概是13刀500ml,也就是2.6刀。
早餐是韩式炒杂菜。虽然说是炒菜,但是我看都是粉丝,基本就是主食了。第一次跟着梨子做,因为要求韩式红薯粉丝,在亚超我也不太清楚哪个是红薯粉丝(虽然看得出来,但是上面的韩语实在不认识,万一买错了头疼)亚米这边名字都翻译好了就很方便了。买的是【JAYONE 韩式特级红薯粉丝 680g】6.99对应680g,我泡了75g是0.77刀。不过这个菜不太对我的口,但是粉丝质量是极好的~因为不太对我的口,吃了几口就扔掉了...还用了些酱油彩椒,往多了算按照1.5刀算吧。
不吃晚饭的人得吃顿好的,决定午餐做个是黑胡椒炒猪柳(因为要搬家了得赶紧消耗剩下的酱料们)。用的酱料是亚米买的【香港李锦记 黑椒汁 230g】,4.59刀,对应的是0.9刀。3tbsp家里的车拿去修了,没车去不了超市,快没蔬菜了...剩的青阳辣椒3个(1盒子3刀有20多个,是0.45刀),胡萝卜和洋葱各半个(按照0.75刀算),猪肉丝250g(1.5刀)。
