冬季养生粥品吃起来➡️五芳斋红豆薏米早餐粥还是即食杯装的实在是太方便了!
谷物份量很足没有掺很多汤,配料有红豆薏米、枸杞等糯糯的米粒有点嚼头,甜度刚好味道很正而且0脂肪!
有点像自己煮的八宝甜粥真材实料非常赞哦!!
