麻酱涮牛肚🌟
今天教大家做一个麻酱涮牛肚,冬天来了就补一补身体嘛
先烧一锅水,放入以下材料:
2大勺花椒(没有也可用花椒粉代替)
8个辣椒
3个八角
3片姜
2段葱白(这次家里没有就没加了)
3片香叶
2大勺小茴香
1大勺盐
放入切成大块的牛肚600g(这里没必要切成小块,因为牛肚很韧不好切,所以煮熟后切片更容易,也更美观)小火煮2个小时
两小时关火后,等它放凉,这时候可以准备麻酱〜
制作方法如下:
麻酱一大勺,加水搅开,变成糊状即可。加入辣椒油,蒜泥,一小勺芝麻油和一小撮盐。
顺便说一下,这个麻酱真的太好吃了,非常浓郁,都空瓶好几瓶了,真·无限回购。
放凉后再将牛肚取出切片,切成自己喜欢的大小就行〜
然后倒上刚刚调的麻酱,涮牛肚上就完成啦🌟
这道菜其实很简单,不需要什么技术,香料把牛肚煮得很有北方风味,吃起来真的超棒(当然,作为南方妹子,应该不是正宗的北方做法,别喷我啊😂)
