比肉還好吃的豆乾
今天想分享一道簡單快炒,王子菇🍄蓮藕炒香乾。味道比較重因為用了牛頭牌紅蔥醬跟田師傅Laksa。會想到用叻沙,是因為上次開了一包叻沙煮湯,只用了一半,剩下的想換換味道來煮。豆乾跟王子菇本身沒有任何味道,但是很容易吸味,所以我比較喜歡用重味道去烹飪🍳
材料:
大豆香乾一包 (4塊左右)切條或是片都可以
王子菇兩個 切條或片
蓮藕半節 刨皮切條
紅椒半個切絲 (可以省略不用)
洋蔥半個切絲 (可以省略不用)
薑兩片
牛頭牌紅蔥醬半湯勺
田師傅咖喱叻沙一湯勺
醬油半湯勺
大火🔥鍋熱油,先爆香薑片 然後下洋蔥,紅椒爆炒1分鐘。
接著下王子菇,蓮藕加紅蔥醬翻炒兩分鐘,這時王子菇會出水,下豆乾,叻沙醬,醬油拌炒兩分鐘。試味,不夠鹹的可以再加點醬油,起鍋上菜!
配米飯🍚超好吃,而且從準備到出菜只要10分鐘。切片切條隨便你們,怎麼方便怎麼切🤓
