退換政策

下單後2個工作天中國商家出貨，所有包裹抵達亞米中國整合中心（除特別情況及中國境內個別法定假日外）會合併包裹後透過UPS發往美國。 UPS從中國出貨後到美國境內的平均時間為10個工作天左右，可隨時根據直發單號追蹤查詢。受疫情影響，目前物流可能延遲5天左右。包裹需要客人簽收。如未簽收，客人須承擔包裹遺失風險。
