It is very convenient for cooking porridge, soup, and stewing meat. I think the amount of soup is enough for one to six people. The best thing is that it exhausts automatically and slowly. After it is finally done, you can open the lid directly, and it feels the same as a rice cooker. You don't feel like a pressure cooker. The old instant pot, you either wait or exhaust manually. 五星！ 反复看了一年的电压锅，最终下手买了这个。 有两个胆，一个不锈钢无涂层，一个不粘锅。 煮粥，煲汤，炖肉，都非常方便。 汤的量我觉得一个人到六个人都够。 最好的是它缓慢的自动排气。 最终结束后，直接开盖，感受和电饭煲一样，你不会觉得想是高压锅。 老的instant pot那种，要么等，要么手动排气。 煮粥30分钟，煲排骨汤也就是30-40分钟的样子。 很满意。

I received it the next day after I bought it. It looks great, the portion is really filling, but the volume is really big. It’s easy to operate. The only drawback is that the vent hole seems to be impossible to remove and wash, so I can cook porridge. After that, the rice milk will stick to it. Overall, it's really easy to use, and the quality is much better than the Aroma I bought before.收起

买的第二天就收到了，颜值很高，分量是真的很足，但是体积也是真的大， 操作很容易，唯一美中不足的是排气孔那里好像没办法抄下来洗，煮了粥之后，米浆都会粘在里面。 Overall是真的还蛮好用的，质量比我以前买的Aroma好太多了。
