「一碗蘭」創辦人虎麗萍女士,是土生土長的蘭州人, 出生於蘭州拉麵世家,自小就耳聞目睹家族人幾代傳承的牛肉麵製作過程,「一碗蘭」講究匠心品質, 線下門店遍佈全國有近百家。製作工藝上尊重傳統古法, 保持老店味, 並不斷鑽研並秉承健康的理念, 融合現代的技術, 保持了一碗蘭的長盛不衰！
能把一種原湯原汁原味的牛肉麵帶到國外, 這是一種強烈的鄉愁。此念頭讓虎麗萍女士有了新的動力,為了還原湯的味道達到老店老湯味,從原料上遵循產地原則, 選擇來自甘肅平涼的紅牛。牛肉湯採用家族世代傳承的古法秘方,將幾十種藥材經過長達8小時的熬製, 配以同樣幾十種原料熬製的牛腱子肉和青藏高原出產的有機菜籽油和甘肅的乾穀辣子麵和十幾種香料熬製出的辣椒油, 將博大精深的中醫文化、養生之道,融合在一碗麵湯裡,經過上萬次的實驗終於誕生了這一碗正宗蘭州味-虎麗萍一碗蘭牛肉麵！
食用方法：
1.鍋中加水燒開後放入麵條煮7-9分鐘左右後撈出，控乾水分
2.將湯料包倒入鍋中後加入約450ml左右水燒開
3.碗中依序放入麵條、蔬菜包後將湯底倒入碗中，依個人口味放入辣椒油包
4.還可以加入新鮮白蘿蔔、蒜苗、香菜或是牛肉等更美味

I have long heard that a bowl of Lan Beef Noodles in China can reach 90% of the original food. This time I saw Yami’s and bought a few boxes immediately. Cooked two bowls according to the instructions, and it tasted really good👍, the noodles are fragrant and chewy, the soup is really amazing, the strong meat flavor, it really tastes like dine-in. The chili oil is spicy, and the aroma immediately hits the nostrils when poured on it. And it is fragrant but not spicy. After eating the noodles, drink the soup in one breath👍👍👍. Show Original早就听说国内一碗兰牛肉面能达到90%还原堂吃，这次看到亚米有了立马买了几盒。按照说明煮了两碗，一尝果然味道太赞👍，面香且劲道，汤真是惊艳到了，浓浓的肉香味，真是堂食的味道。辣椒油是香辣，浇上去瞬间香味扑鼻而来。而且是香而不辣，面吃完一口气把汤喝完👍👍👍。一碗兰包装设计也是大气，时尚，国际化。Logo和颜色，拉面变形的“兰”一看就是兰州。一碗兰州牛肉面👍👍
