After steaming the glutinous rice, put it in the hand and melt the sweet koji with a little warm water, and then stir it with the glutinous rice. If the glutinous rice is relatively dry, just add water to make the surface of each glutinous rice moist. Then at room temperature for a day or two, remember to cover the lid收起

Show Original为小蜜蜂甜酒曲打爆电话！！！超级无敌香甜！水解发酵非常完美，用过上海酒饼丸，咸丰酒饼丸，安琪甜酒曲，都没有这个好用。1/4袋发酵1kg糯米，蒸完糯米后放到手感温嘟嘟，然后用一点温水化开甜酒曲，再和糯米搅拌在一起。如果糯米比较干，加水让每粒糯米都表面湿润就好。然后在室温一两天，记得盖好盖子
