It's been a long time since I made Mapo Tofu, and I just made it that day.
I use boxed tofu, which is super convenient and delicious.
First, put the homemade chili oil into the pot, add watercress and soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, add tofu and water, then cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, then add the fat beef! (Eat meat and meat =  ̄ω ̄=) Then pour in starch water to thicken, and finally sprinkle with pepper noodles! Done ✌️
This pepper is recommended for cracking on the wall. It is a must for making spicy dishes. If you don’t have it, it feels wrong. Homemade chili oil is also useful, very fragrant✌️

好久没做麻婆豆腐了,那天脑袋一灵光〜 就做了😂
用的是盒装豆腐,超级方便啊,而且很好吃。
先用先用自制辣椒油下锅,加入豆瓣和酱油,炒香,放入豆腐和水,然后中火煮10分钟,这时加入肥牛!(吃肉吃肉= ̄ω ̄=)然后倒入淀粉水勾芡,最后撒上花椒面!完成✌️
这个花椒面墙裂推荐,做麻辣菜必备的,少了就觉得不对劲。自制的辣椒油也有用,很香✌️
