The shrimps can be blanched when they turn red. You can add a pinch of cooking wine in the middle to get rid of the smell. I choose to peel off the shell of the shrimp body, leaving only the shrimp head (essence) so that it is more convenient to eat. Add water to the seasoning and bring to a boil in another pot. 终极美味袭来！与有头🦐一起煮，新鲜海味送到家！（大家记得先焯水一下虾虾噢）粉煮好放冷水里，虾焯水变红即可捞出，中间可以加一丢丢料酒去腥。我自己选择把虾身体的壳扒掉，只留下虾头（精华）这样吃起来比较方便。调味料加水另起一锅烧开，先把虾丢进去煮一分钟左右入味，沥干水的粉放进去锅里搅拌均匀。关火用余温煮一下即可！ 这小龙虾版本螺蛳粉我真是百吃不厌😂怕辣就不要加辣油！！我觉得完全不需要辣油包好吧，这个版本挺辣的！
